The performance of a contract between you and the controller or for the performance of measures by the controller prior to the conclusion of such a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) („the Regulation“).

3. Purpose of the processing of personal data
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the performance of the contract between you and the operator, including the delivery of goods and the resolution of rights of liability for defects or the execution of measures by the operator prior to the conclusion of such contract and furthermore the performance of the related public law obligations of the operator.
There is no automatic individual decision-making on the part of the controller within the meaning of Regulation Article 22.
4. Duration of storage of personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the contract and further for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving according to the relevant generally binding legislation, but at most for the period provided for by the generally binding legislation.

- If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been infringed or is in breach of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- You are under no obligation to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of a contract and without the provision of your personal data the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller.
