Our customer is a construction company that carries out construction work in various locations in the Slovak Republic. The company has seven separate teams led by a foreman. Each foreman is assigned a vehicle, which he uses to transport three other workers of his team to the objects under construction in Bratislava. The owner of the construction company had an unpleasant experience when they were carrying out a contract in Bratislava, he arrived at the construction site after 9.00 a.m. and there was not a single foot of his company there, even though the workers were supposed to work there from 7.00 a.m. in the morning. When this happened to him several times, he calculated how much people cost per hour and how much the employees cost him in total for the time they were not working there. He still couldn’t control them this way, so he introduced TSS Monitoring.

Our client is a major company operating in the field of distribution of goods in Slovakia. The owner of the company has long felt the need to improve control over the use of its fleet. It was never possible to know where the deliveries were located, what their exact routes were and how efficiently the routes were created. The drivers of the vehicles delivering the goods were routinely returning to the company two hours after working hours, for which the company had to pay them overtime.
